Background
Ms. Zahida Fizza Kabir has been part of the SAJIDA Foundation since its founding in 1987. She currently holds a Board Member position at Renata Limited and ActionAid Bangladesh, while serving as Chairman of the Board for Psychological Health and Wellness Clinic, and Managing Director for Inner Circle. Mrs. Kabir holds a Master’s Degree in International and Intercultural Management from Vermont, the USA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership, from Said Business School, University of Oxford. She has completed her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Ms. Zahida Fizza Kabir, CEO of the SAJIDA Foundation received the award of "Iconic Companies Creating a Better World for All" presented by The Bangladesh-India Business Council (BIBC) of the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) on behalf of the SAJIDA Foundation. Mrs. Kabir has been
a part of the Foundation since its beginning, previously serving as its Executive Director and Head of Programs. She recently joined a panel titled "Ensuring health and well-being in a hyper-connected world" as a speaker at the very first BYLC Youth Carnival. The Foundation was honored for its outstanding performance in the COVID-19 response in the healthcare sector. She now serves on the boards of Renata Limited and ActionAid Bangladesh, as well as being the Chairman of the Board of Psychological Health and Wellness Clinic and the Managing Director of Inner Circle. She also serves ActionAid Bangladesh as a Board Member from 2017.
